1: Modern Loft, Full Floor, Westside

Full floor 3,500 sq. ft. This is a two-phased project: Gut-Renovation and Interior Design / Decoration seamlessly and simultaneously integrated and executed. All the work is custom and uniquely conceived and designed for this space and clients.

INT-1: Custom modern linear, corner (2 sided) fireplace. Custom dining table and chairs. Custom lighting throughout. Custom bar (off the kitchen).

INT-2: Custom dining furniture and custom side board (by GVD). Custom lighting throughout. Art acquisition. Decorative accessories and styling throughout.

INT-3: Custom linear corner, 2-sided fireplace with custom Italian laser cut limestone panels surround. Custom, floating limestone FP ledge / bench (w steel frame structure). Fully Integrated A/V HD system and wiring throughout. Custom furniture and geometric rug. Custom lighting throughout.

INT-4: Detail of custom geometric rug, coffee table and accessory.

INT-5: Den area, custom 2 sided, corner fireplace with fully integrated & interlocking floating millwork cabinet surround. FP floating limestone ledge (w steel frame) w/ accent lighting beneath ledge and a floating desk. This piece was commissioned and is uniquely conceived / designed for this space and client by GVD. Custom white leather chaise lounge and abstract ethereal featured rug.

INT-6: Detail of custom Fireplace w/ fully integrated & interlocking floating millwork cabinet surround. In limestone, Corian, matte white lacquer, rift cut oak with integrated accent lighting. All components are seamlessly interlocking, no connection joints exposed. Fully integrated A/V HD system & automated Lutron solar shade system throughout.
